The owner, Samuele, handcrafts various types of cured meats: from sausages to salami, hams, loins and capocollo. Those who want ready-made meats can choose between stuffed rolls, breaded cutlets, livers and other delicacies. On Wednesdays the rotisserie is open with chicken, porchetta and potatoes.
