Pitigliano celebrates its patron saint, San Rocco, a figure venerated and known throughout the world. Living in the 14th century, Saint Roch left behind his family’s wealth to embark, as a young pilgrim, on a journey of charity in the service of the poor and the marginalized, blessed with the gift of performing miracles and healing many of the sick — an example of devotion that continues to inspire to this day.

Ore 17:30 - Sfilata verso la Cattedrale del corteo storico dell’Associazione Rinascimento, del Corteo del Villano e dei torciatori della Torciata.

Ore 18:00 - Cattedrale di San Pietro e Paolo - Santa Messa solenne presieduta da Mons. Bernardino Giordano, Vescovo delle Diocesi di Pitigliano-Sovana-Orbetello e di Grosseto.

Ore 18:45 circa - Processione per le vie del centro storico con la sacra immagine di San Rocco.

Ore 19:00 - Piazza della Repubblica - Estrazione della tombola.

Ore 21:00 - Capisotto - Serata musicale con Leonardo Primi (voce e fisarmonica).
