The L’Altro Sapore Restaurant and Olive Oil Bar is a project born out of a desire to showcase the olive oil produced by the estate – which has received significant accolades over the years – and to tell the story of its journey, from the olive grove to the table. It is a place where the cuisine becomes a direct expression of the raw ingredients and the work that makes it possible.

Every dish features local ingredients, carefully selected and prepared in such a way that the olive oil always takes centre stage. Local flavours, aromas and traditions intertwine to create a culinary experience that reflects the Maremma and its identity.

Thanks to the experience it has gained over the years, the restaurant is able to offer all its dishes, including desserts, in gluten-free versions, so as to best cater to the needs of every guest.
