Piccole donne crescono?

Teatro Salvini

Inspired by the famous novel by Louisa May Alcott,, “Piccole donne crescono?” brings to the stage a brilliant and touching reinterpretation of the story of the March sisters.

Daniela Morozzi, Anna Meacci and Chiara Riondino – the latter also author of the original music – bring to life a show that mixes fidelity to the original text with an innovative narrative, deconstructing the language and plot in a contemporary way.

Jo, Meg, Amy and Beth search for their place in the world, challenging the conventions of the time and redefining the meaning of femininity. A journey that still resonates today, telling the story of the continuous search for freedom and self-determination.

In the foyer of the theater, on the occasion of the show, an exhibition curated by Les Aquarellistes will be set up, as part of the project Metti una sera a teatro. The exhibition will be open both the day before, during the advance ticket sales, and on the day of the event.
