Every evening, from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, the historic center comes alive with unforgettable experiences: the Hosteria del Viandante, for sandwiches, beer, wine, traditional sweets, and the ever-present Hippocras. The Mercato della Contea, an evocative journey through crafts, art, themed stalls, and ancient trades. The historical reenactment, which recounts the meeting between Antonio da Sangallo the Younger and the Orsini family. The Mensa del Conte, a convivial dinner in the square, not to be missed. <\/p>\n\n
At the heart of the festival is the Palio dei Rioni, the spectacular contest between Pitigliano’s four historic districts, seeking the favor of Count Niccol\u00f2 III Orsini.
