The floors are in original terracotta and has a vault completely in tuff; the kitchen is built in and equipped with everything needed for cooking, coffee machine included. The house is located on the ground floor (there are only two steps to climb), faces south and, thanks to the very thick walls, is warm in winter and cool in summer. However, it is equipped with pellet heating.
The environment is bright with windows overlooking a small square, as is the bathroom with window.
