PanCaciUa is an wine bar/restaurant created in what was once the stable for the horses of the Orsini Counts, in via Cavour, facing the imposing Acquedotto Mediceo.
The proposals are based on a wide choice of cold cuts and cheeses typical of the area: from Cinta Senese to wild boar, to Nero di Maremma, from pecorino to goat’s cheese to flavoured, fresh and seasoned blue cheeses and let’s not forget the bruschetta, to switch to dishes such as the famous pici all’agliata, tortelli and much more, all accompanied by a vast selection of wines, craft beers and spirits produced in our Maremma.
You can also taste three types of EVO oil produced on the owned farm with which the PanCaciUa dishes are cooked.
