The restaurant, born in 2004, is located in the central Piazza San Gregorio and has two outdoor terraces overlooking it, one of which under the loggia.
Inside there are two welcoming elegantly renovated rooms. The heart of the kitchen and the one who expresses its Tuscan character is Carla Ripaccioli, a lady born in the area who learned the art through hard work and the precious advice of Tuscan cooks. His passion, his history and his skills enhance the tradition that is found in his dishes.
The Hostaria’s cuisine is closely linked to the territory with a careful choice of flavors and product quality and with particular attention to the famous “zero km”: typical dishes and homemade pasta but also reinterpretations to satisfy the most demanding palates. All accompanied by an extensive wine list, expression of the territory, and a close-knit staff always attentive to the customer.
