Il Forno del ghetto, a name, a tradition. It draws its origins from the oven of unleavened bread, the oven of the ancient Jewish quarter. The workroom with sales point is located in the center of the ghetto, a stone’s throw from the Sinagoga. Entering these ancient alleys means grasping the most intimate aspects of the town.
Approaching the oven, located under the great vault that supports the Duomo, you will be warned by the fragrant scents of the typical products such as the sfratto, the stamp, the tozzetti of various flavours.
