The Antica Dimora San Rocco holiday home is located in the heart of the old town, on the first and last floor of an historic building from the 1300s with access from an exclusive external staircase. It is very comfortable and can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people.
Antica Dimora San Rocco is composed of a large and bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a large double bedroom, a bedroom with a double sofa bed in a room without a window but opening onto the living room, a bathroom with shower.
The ceilings are made of chestnut wood beams and handmade terracotta tiles, the terracotta floors, the doors are original, ancient and restored, the windows have wooden frames and are exposed towards three different cardinal points, guaranteeing natural light and ventilation during all hours of the day.
In the living room there is a fireplace in which a pellet stove has been installed which heats the whole house with air. At guests’ disposal a small terrace where, during the summer, it is pleasant to have breakfast or enjoy an evening aperitif, a 32″ full HD smart TV, a laptop, ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi and, for those who need it, a high chair for children.
